Cancellation and Refund Policy

At QuickBooks Accounting Services, we value customer satisfaction. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy ensures transparency and fairness in our engagements.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service by providing written notice at least 7 days in advance.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before service delivery may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Refund Policy

If a service is cancelled within the allowed period, a full or partial refund may be processed, depending on the scope of work completed.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Custom-developed software after delivery
• Services already rendered
• Delays caused by client-side non-cooperation or incomplete requirements

3. Refund Process

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
